Strengths: Carnival's strong point is without a doubt her speed, she can run fast, hit fast and then run away fast too if, you know, the situation calls for it.

Weaknesses: Her weak point is the same as all highflying risk takers, but the part of your brain that compares the risk-reward of a situation is something that clearly malfunctions on Carnival. Her thought process before jumping out of a ladder consists mostly of "Will this look cool?"

Quirks/Eccentricities: Yes. All of them. Well, okay, not THAT one...
Carnival is a beast better left experienced than described, but she's someone who utterly loves the world of not making sense, and she loves it a lot. She may or may not be an actual borderline sociopath as well, but not the serial killer kind. Ultimately, she only wants to have fun.
