(NPC) The Xiang Dynasty

Post by Seth »

Xiang

Wrestler Name: Xiang (real name: Yao Huan Xiang)
Wrestler Nickname(s): The Artist of War
Height (ft): 6
Weight (lbs): 221 lbs.
Hometown: Beijing, China (born in Hong Kong)
Alignment: Pro-country. He actually knows and speaks English rather eloquently (it's a British-English type of dialect he learned as a child raised in Hong Kong). Well-spoken and intelligent, prides himself on being able to outthink his opposition.
Any Alliances/Stable: The Xiang Dynasty (w/The Great Wall)
Appearance: Asian descent with an average wrestler build. Close-cropped black hair and five o'clock shadow. Fair skinned. Ring attire is basic and very pro-country, wearing red underwear-style trunks with the stars of his country on both the front and back. Red tape and black boots round out the attire. For entrances, he also wears a zip-up track jacket in the style of the flag.
Entrance Music: "War Dance" by Shen Yi
Ring Entrance: They come to the ring. People boo.

Finishing Moves: Blood Red Sunset
Finishing Moves Description: Diving Double Knee Facebreaker
Signature Moves: XD Kick (Helluva Kick/Running Corner Big Boot), STT (Sun Tzu DDT - Snap DDT)
Wrestling Style: Technical/Cheater. Specializes in setting traps and quick pins to sucker opponents in. If you're familiar with NJPW booker/in-ring asshole Gedo or NOAH in-ring asshole Yoshinari Ogawa, he's like those guys.
Basic Moves : Double Stomps (from anywhere to limbs, mainly legs), Enzuigiri, Jawbreaker, Neckbreaker, Dragon Screw Leg Whip, Dragon Screw Neck Whip, Inside Cradle, Figure Four Jackknife hold, Thrust Kick, Spinning Wheel Kick, Sliding Kick, Double Knee Backbreaker, Tornado DDT, luring opponents into cheating situations.
Submission Moves: Various neck cranks and holds, Figure-Four Leg Lock
Highrisk Moves: Tornado DDT, Springboard Moonsault, Running Flipping Senton
Brawl/Hardcore/Blitz Moves: Mainly using The Great Wall and Ai Tso to help him win. Will bait opponents into pinning predicaments.

Strengths: Great thinker and strategist, quick.
Weaknesses: If opponents can get past his cheating, he can be beat. A bit too arrogant for his own good.
Versus Heavyweights: Cheat and cheat and cheat some more.
Versus Lightweights: Attack the head and neck.
Versus Super Heavyweights: Try to go for cheating tactics and The Blood Red Sunset
Versus Tag Team As a Tag Partner: Let The Great Wall or Ai Tso do the hard work, then pick the bones. Various cutting off of the ring, that sort of thing.

The Great Wall

wrestler Name: The Great Wall (real name: Xun Xiao Tai)
Wrestler Nickname(s): The Guangzhou Goliath, The Chinese Colossus
Height (ft): 7'1"
Weight (lbs): 365 lbs.
Hometown: Guangzhou, China
Alignment: Foreign heel. Stoic. Xiang does the talking for the group, but The Great Wall is the star attraction of the stable as a singles guy. Losses for him are going to be VERY rare.
Any Alliances/Stable: The Xiang Dynasty (w/Xiang, Ai Tso)
Appearance: See poser
Entrance Music: "War Dance" by Shen Yi
Ring Entrance: They come down to the ring. People, like, boo and shit.

Finishing Moves: 1) Five Stars Vice, 2) Dao Bomb
Finishing Moves Description: 1) Elevated Head and Arm Triangle Choke (lifts opponents off the ground and chokes the life out of him with massive arms), 2) Jacknife Powerbomb
Signature Moves: Rongyao (Inverted Chokeslam Facebuster)
Wrestling Style: Slow and somewhat plodding, but monstrous and powerful powerhouse. Not too many moves in his arsenal, but very dangerous and only takes a small string of power moves to beat most opponents.
Basic Moves: Big boot, Headbutt, Military Press Slam, Alley Oop, Powerslam, Tilt-a-Whirl Slam, Atomic Drop, Jumping Overhead Chop, Legdrop, Open-Handed Chops, Snake Eyes.
Submission Moves: Bearhug, Sleeper, Reverse Chinlock.
Highrisk Moves: ZERO.
Brawl/Hardcore/Blitz Moves: Dao Bomb onto/through tables/chairs/off stages/other objects.

Strengths: The biggest dude on the roster is a good strength. Can beat opponents in only a few powerful moves.
Weaknesses: Lost without Xiang's direction/guidance. Slow. Knees are always going to be a weak point.
Versus Heavyweights: Overpower and destroy, Dao Bomb and Five Stars Vice.
Versus Lightweights: Same as heavyweights
Versus Super Heavyweights: Same as others.
Versus Tag Team As a Tag Partner: He plays clean-up duty and mows people down for either Ai Tso and Xiang.
Background: The Great Wall is a special attraction who suffers from Gigantism and has been a top draw, both in his home country of China and Japan as a top heel, holding a Japanese version of the heavyweight title along the way and doing sell-out business for 2 years straight. He's not especially quick but he's devastating when upright and possesses a lot of power. He's very difficult to knock down. He has plenty of weaknesses, though if you bring your game and you're great at what you do, you stand a chance with one of the largest men the sport has ever seen. You won't mow the wall down with next-to-no effort. After time spent terrorizing No Brand Wrestling, The Xiang Dynasty takes their act to a global stage... you know, like GLOBAL.
