I almost put this in the feedback section. Either way, I, along with 4 others, placed each character on the GLOBAL roster. (At the time, barring any newcomers) according to where we believed they were on the card. Kyle asked this question, and I never answered it. I'll cover it another time on a podcast whenever I get round to doing one, should anyone want to appear, they can.
Going to present the overall rankings, and my thoughts on them. The others who participated can feel free to weigh in with their thoughts if they wish, but you are not expected to. I did this once with Ernie regarding nbW, and still have it somewhere. How often we'll do it here, I don't know, but given we're at the end of the season, I figured I'd share. Feel free to ask any questions here or privately if you prefer.
MAIN EVENT: Sean Darring
All 5 people put Sean Darring as a main-event talent, and 4 agreed he was the only main-eventer on the roster. Fairly straightforward, right? That's why he's the champ.
UPPER MIDCARD: Aleczander The Great, Alex Reyn, Big Aug, Crusader X, Daniel Dream, John J Truth and PTA
I agreed with all of the singles guys, though I also included Jerry David, who I believe was harshly done by. Out of the 5 that voted, a few of these appeared in some ballots in other parts of the card, and Daniel Dream and JJT appeared in as many as 3, more than anyone else on the roster, I believe. However, both received 3 votes in the upper midcard, hence their inclusion here. There also seemed to be a consensus that Aleczander and Big Aug probably would've been in the main event had Seth not walked away for Arc 2, but we're all delighted to see him back now.
Admittedly, I put all of the tag teams in the midcard and lower midcard, but PTA have been one of the top 2 teams in GLOBAL from start to finish and don't look out of place.
MIDCARD: Jerry David, Alfie Button, Kid Chameleon, The Great Wall, The Jester, Valorie Vitality, Wrestletronic, Border Control, Trouble Roxx and The Rich Family
A few of these got one vote in UM and LW, I won't go into all of those. To me, David, as said earlier, should be higher. I was pleasantly surprised to see Chameleon scrape into here. I also feel Angel Ramirez should have been in this section, though I may've been the only one. That will change.
LOWER MIDCARD: Angel Ramirez, Saul Morgan, Best of British, Big Kid Chris Smith, Darren Best, Doritos Man, El Principe, Hayley Robinson, Metal Militia, Miranda Wright, Paul Sanders, Son of Malta, Xiang.
Miranda hasn't really debuted, so I fully expect that to change. I felt Son of Malta was harshly done by. Chris Smith wasn't listed, but got a vote from someone, hence his inclusion. My big exception was Angel here, and I reckon Morgan is capable of being higher, too.
OPENER/JOBBER: Alf Alferson, Chett Marx, Flanagan, Joe Public, Steve Dann, The Salamanders and Team United
These two sections got merged, perhaps unfairly. I, and one other person, listed Joe Public as the only jobber on the GLOBAL roster. The first two on the list deserve a bit better for me, and The Salamanders, again, I don't believe they should've been included. Everyone else is fair game.

Re: GLOBAL Roster Rankings
I think SoM got off lightly tbh.
Re: GLOBAL Roster Rankings
That doesn't surprise me.
Each to their own.
